Welcome to Qgurukul. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1 What is Qgurukul?
Qgurukul is an AI-powered question paper generator designed for teachers of Classes 6–12 (NCERT syllabus). It generates questions across subjects like Mathematics, Science, Physics, and Chemistry.
2 Account & Eligibility
To use Qgurukul, you must:
- Provide a valid name, email address, and mobile number during signup
- Be a teacher, educator, or student using the tool for educational purposes
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3 Free vs Premium Tiers
Qgurukul operates on a freemium model:
🆓 Free Tier
- 5 questions per paper
- 1 paper per day
- All subjects & classes
💎 Premium (₹300/month)
- 5–20 questions per paper
- 5 papers per day
- Priority support
Premium is activated manually after payment confirmation. Free tier limits are enforced automatically by the system.
4 Payments & Refund Policy
Premium subscriptions are ₹300/month, paid via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or bank transfer).
- Payments are processed manually — your premium access is activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once premium access has been activated
- If premium is not activated within 24 hours of your payment, contact us.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must renew manually each month
⚠️ Do not pay to any account other than the official UPI/QR shown on the Upgrade page. Qgurukul is not responsible for payments made to unofficial accounts.
5 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Qgurukul only for lawful, educational purposes. You must NOT:
- Use Qgurukul to generate content for commercial redistribution without permission
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or premium restrictions through technical means
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform
- Share, sell, or redistribute generated question papers as your own product
6 Intellectual Property
The Qgurukul platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by Qgurukul. Generated question papers are for your personal educational use.
7 Limitation of Liability
Qgurukul provides AI-generated content which may occasionally contain errors. We are not responsible for:
- Inaccuracies in generated questions or answers
- Any consequences arising from use of generated content in exams or classrooms
- Service downtime or technical interruptions
Always review generated content before use in an academic setting.
8 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Qgurukul after changes means you accept the updated terms. We'll note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
